Keep the Receipts
The Receipts Media Ltd
This book is all the conversations and advice you've had in the club toilet, finally in one place.
Crying over that situationship and needing someone to remind you you're a bad bitch?
In a dilemma with your friends and not sure the best way forward?
Can't figure out how to dump the boyfriend who has never made you orgasm?
The Receipts girls have got you!
Join your girl Tolly T, Audrey, formerly known as Ghana's Finest, and your mamacita Milena Sanchez as they get super honest about their life experiences and lessons. From their different approaches to love to their wise advice on building strong friendships; from those conversations about sex we never have, to how to enjoy life as a Black woman or a woman of colour, The Receipts girls always keep it real, authentic and fiercely funny.
This book is a celebration of the wonderful messes, mistakes, successes, highs and lows of three audacious women who are still trying to get it right and live their best lives.
It's time to normalise women sharing things with zero judgement, to embrace women for all their flaws and differences and to realise being completely yourself is the best thing you could possibly be.
This is the sisterhood you've always wanted to be a part of.

Introduction
It's your girl, Tolly T, Audrey, formally known as Ghana's finest, and your mamacita, Milena Sanchez - AAAOOOWWWWW and welcome to our book. We can't believe that's a thing we are actually saying, or writing even! A book written by us and about us - what a long way we have come from starting a podcast as strangers to now having written a book together.
This book is not intended to be a self-help book. Think of it more as an episode of Your Receipts; you know the episodes where we help you out with your dilemmas, predicaments and situationships? But this time, the dilemmas are our own, the predicaments involve our pain and the situationships (unfortunately) are from our pasts. This book is filled with our highlights and lowlights - we write about our relationships, our families, our lives, and often, those weird thoughts that float about in our heads too. We don't claim to have worked everything out, but we have learned a lot from our experiences, and we hope you get something out of them too. The 'three women, real talk, no filter' is not just a jazzy slogan for the cover; it can also be read as a warning. These pages are filled with our truths and we do not take responsibility for any feelings hurt or egos bruised.
