December's Picks: Adults
March 6th 2021
OUR DECEMBER PICKS ARE HERE AND WE ARE SO EXCITED!
It’s finally the season of mulled wine and cosy fireside reading, and we could not be happier!
We’ve decided to do something a little bit extra special with our December box at LoveMyRead. It’s been such a bumper year of books, that we just couldn’t help but serve up some of its most delicious delights for you this month. There’s something for everyone: whether you want to be thrilled, to escape to sunnier climes, lose yourself in a feminist adventure or Shakespearean England.
We’ve got the prize winner: Maggie O’Farrell’s gorgeous and heart-breaking book, Hamnet; a wild and gloriously eccentric adventure in Rachel Joyce’s Miss Benson’s Beetle; a totally unputdownable thriller in the form of Jeanine Cummins’ American Dirt; a choice of escape to Greece or to Tuscany with either A Theatre For Dreamers or The Missing Pieces of Nancy Moon; and of course, in the wake of the nail-biting American presidential election, the tome of wisdom that is Barack Obama’s memoir, A Promised Land.
We’re sure there’s something here for you to fall in love with this December and we can’t wait to share with you the fabulous reads we’ve got lined up in our January box… all kinds of surprise, all kinds of delight, all kinds of wonder, delivered straight to your door. In the meantime, curl up cosy with the book of your choice and escape to whole new worlds with us.
